Re-enrolment 2010
Re-enrolment for 2010 will commence on Monday 26 October and run until Friday 20 November 2009. Melbourne GSM students will need to select subjects for Summer Semester, Semester 1 and Semester 2, 2010 during this time.
Students intending on taking a Leave of Absence during 2010 MUST contact the Melbourne GSM prior to Friday 20 November 2009.
You can complete your re-enrolment by going to the Student Portal: http://portal.unimelb.edu.au/. Please refer to the Online Handbook for 2010 subject and timetable information: http://handbook.unimelb.edu.au
All 2010 subject selections will be checked by Melbourne GSM staff within 72 hours (3 business days) of submission via the Student Portal. You will be advised via your University email account if there are any problems with your selected subjects.
Please note that should you wish to take a subject which is NOT listed as an approved elective for your program, you will need to complete a subject change form and seek signed permission from your Academic Program Director. You may also need permission from the Subject Co-ordinator. Please return the signed subject change form to the Melbourne GSM Student Centre. Please note that any continuing student who does not submit their 2010 subject selection during the timely re-enrolment period (26 October – 20 November 2009) will incur a $250 Late Re-Enrolment Fee by Student Administration.
Any continuing student who has not re-enrolled by 4 December 2009 will have their enrolment terminated. These students will be required to re-apply for their place for 2010.
