Fees

The University of Melbourne's Fee Policy and other important information regarding fees is available at http://www.futurestudents.unimelb.edu.au/fees/

In 2010, Melbourne Graduate School of Management tuition fees are set at:

$3,163.75 per subject for a local student, and
$3,628.75 per subject for an international student.

Students are also strongly advised to read the University's fee publications 'Australian Student Tuition Fees 2010' or 'International Student Tuition Fees 2010'. Copies of these booklets are available from the Melbourne Graduate School of Management, or from Student Administration.

 

Commonwealth Supported Places

A Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP)is a higher education place which is subsidised by the Australian Government. Students enrolling into the Master of Commerce or PhD programs who meet the specified requirements, may be eligible for a Commonwealth Supported Place. A limitied number of CSP places are available to students in the Master of Applied Commerce, Master of Management and Master of Professional Accounting programs.


FEE-HELP

All graduate programs, with the exception of the Master of Commerce and PhD programs, are full fee paying. Please note a limitied number of Commonwealth Supported Places are available in the Master of Applied Commerce, Master of Management and Master of Professional Accounting programs.

FEE-HELP is a loan which is available to eligible fee-paying students to help pay all or part of their tuition fees. A maximum of $81,600 in tuition fees may be paid using FEE-HELP over a student's lifetime. This limit is indexed each year.

HECS-HELP

HECS-HELP is a loan available to eligible students enrolled in Commonwealth Supported Places. A HECS-HELP loan will cover all or part of the student contribution amount.

If you receive a HECS-HELP loan, the Australian Government pays the loan amount directly to your higher education provider on your behalf. A HECS-HELP debt is recorded for you with the Tax Office aginst your Tax File Number.
