Administration and Enrolment

As a University of Melbourne student, you can manage most aspects of your enrolment yourself through your Student Portal. If you need further assistance with your enrolment or advice about your program, Melbourne Graduate School of Management staff are here to help.

We can assist with all administrative aspects of your enrolment, including making timetable changes through Alloc8, tell you which subjects are full, provide advice on applying for Advanced Standing or an Internal Transfer, tell you how to cancel Your enrolment, advise on elgibility to apply for Cross-Institutional Study, provide information on fees, provide all forms you may need to manage your enrolment, including additional program specific resources, tell you important dates for the year, approve your leave of absence request, and approve subject changes. If you would like to meet with an adviser you can also make an appointment online or by email, or visit us on level 4 of 'The Spot' during business hours.

Please quote your Student ID number in all communications with the Melbourne Graduate School of Management.

Please make sure that the University has your correct permanent and term addresses recorded at all times, and that you have set-up and regularly check your University of Melbourne e-mail account. It is your responsibility to ensure your details are correct at all times, as the University will not accept 'I did not receive my mail or email' as a valid excuse.
