Manage your enrolment

As a graduate student at the Melbourne GSM, it is your responsibility to ensure your enrolment is correct at all times. You can check your current enrolment status via your Student Portal at any time.

You are encouraged to use our Administration and Enrolment pages to answer your questions about your current enrolment.

Through these pages you will also find information about how and when to change a subject, how to apply for Advanced Standing, and how to apply for a Leave of Absence. Students enrolled in the Executive Masters of Professional Administration (EMPA) through the Australia New Zealand School Of Government (ANZSOG) will also find information about enrolment and available elective subjects.

It is your responsibility to ensure your Expected Completion Date (or ECD) is correct at all times. Students who are expected to complete at the end of Semester 1 should have an ECD of 30 June, or 31 December for those expected to complete after Semester 2.
