Rita Bimbo Master of International Business

Rita Bimbo

Master of International Business, Hungary

It has always been a dream of mine to study at such a prestigious and beautiful university. The bright tutors, the challenging classes, the intelligent and joyful students, and the supportive, engaging university environment have formed an invaluable and unforgettable experience for me.

I have gained valuable and practical knowledge that has deepened my understanding of business activities. I am now keen to expand my knowledge of business operations through work experience, to deal with issues that companies are concerned about, to make a valuable contribution and successfully develop businesses.

My course has ignited an interest in business consulting; consequently, I would like to obtain work experience in management, business consulting.

Mike Smith Master of Human Resource Management

Michael Smith

Master of Human Resource Management 2007, Australia
ANZ Graduate Program 2008

I enjoyed being part of a much smaller group of students in comparison to undergraduate. It gives you a better opportunity to develop friendships with academic staff and students alike. The lecturers in this course have been exceptional and it's quite an experience to learn directly from individuals who are leaders in their chosen field. I have also loved the diversity within the course. Classmates not only originate from a variety of countries but are also in various stages of their careers.

Studying in the Master of HRM has been a wonderful experience. I couldn't have been part of a more diverse and friendly group of students. I was so nervous before joining the program but it has turned out to be so much fun. My undergraduate studies equipped me with the capacity to analyse and think critically and MHRM has taught me how to transfer and apply those skills in the business world.

Tariq Haque PhD in Finance

Tariq Haque

Doctor of Philosophy (Finance), Australia

I have found my PhD experience to be extremely challenging and enjoyable.  It forced me to improve myself as a person and improve my standards academically as encouraged by my supervisors.  My skills have improved in all areas, helping me to reach the very high standards required at Melbourne University.

I also enjoy the quality friendships formed with other PhD students as we are pushed beyond our comfort zones and into a joint struggle to better ourselves.
